Here at Kind Care at Home, we pride ourselves on delivering truly personalized care. After a phone consultation with a member of our team, a Kind Care Case Manager will meet with you or your loved one to develop a customized care plan tailored to your specific needs. Our team structures a care plan based on what a normal day is like for you or your loved ones, and supplement that with exceptional care. Here is what you can expect:
A Personal Interview Process
Having someone you do not know in your home can be a trying experience. To integrate our service as seamlessly as possible into you or your loved one’s schedule, we have developed a caregiver interview experience in order to provide an opportunity for you to meet face to face with our wonderful caregivers. You are able to ask them any questions you may have to get a better idea of the person who will provide your services.
